Officially standard delivery takes between 6 and 12 business days, though in practice most of our orders arrive in about 4-5 days. Express delivery takes 3-8 business days*.
Postage to other international locations generally takes 15+ days. Australian orders should be made from our Australian store.

We ship daily Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you order before 4.30pm NZST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 4.30pm NZST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

Shipping on orders valued $70 or more are free! Shipping costs on orders valued under $70 depend on shipping method selected at checkout.
