We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $8.

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Besides that, the noise reduction gel inside results in maximum attenuation. The high-quality material is easy to clean and 100x reusable, making this earplug the most hygienic and sustainable solution.

SleepDeep earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 27 dB. Disturbing sounds will be muffled thanks to these earplugs, which makes falling asleep easier and prevents waking up easily. The innovative earplugs are made with specially designed thermoplastic material: AlpineThermoShape. Thanks to this material, the earplugs shape with your earcanal, fit perfectly and remain in place all night long. The AlpineThermoShape is hypoallergenic, does not contain silicons and therefore does not cause allergic reactions or annoying itches. In addition, SleepDeep contains Alpine Noise reduction gel that provides maximum attenuation.

Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

To ensure that the SleepDeep earplugs have the best fit, it is recommended to first pull your ear up slightly before inserting them. Then carefully place them in your ear canal and gently push them in until they are firmly in place. Make sure they sit evenly in your ears and do not stick out.

    Found them effective

    I have small ears and never use earbuds, AirPods etc - I don’t like things in my ears. However my husbands snoring has become problematic, so I decided to try these. I ordered the small. The first time I tried them I didn’t think they worked, but with a little trial and error I realised I hadn’t pushed them in far enough. I do find them a bit fiddly to put in, but I think that’s probably because I’m not used to putting things in my ears. I honestly don’t like the feel of them in my ears (again, that’s because I don’t like anything in my ears, so would prefer not to have to wear them),however, they block enough of the noise, that his snoring no longer wakes me up - if I wake up myself, I can hear him, but it’s more like a distant rumbling. They also stay in all night - I am a side sleeper, so wasn’t sure how this would go, but they sit snug in my ears and although I can tell they are there when lying on my side, they are not uncomfortable.

    So overall, I would recommend these if you need to block out noise to sleep.

    Very comfortable, effective noise blocking earplugs

    These earplugs stay in all night, don't give me sore ears and are incredibly effective at noise blocking. I get uninterrupted sleep all night - even with earthmoving work happening right next door to me. Amazing! Highly recommend!

    Amazing! Blocks 80% of noise

    First night I tried these I had not inserted properly, they had fallen out and I thought another $35 down the drain I attempted again the next night pushed a little deeper and certainly a lot better. I sleep with a horrific snorer, yes I can still hear the snoring but it’s severe edge is damped down so much, it means that I actually can sleep after having chronic insomnia for over a decade and every night I have slept a little more since wearing these.. it’s lovely waking up in the morning taking them out and hearing the birds it’s really helping my noise sensitivity so much that I want to find some day time plugs to dampen down noises
