Purchased for group adventure riding where there is plenty of stopping for conversations both with helmets on and engine off, helmet off scenarios. They work, but certainly not ready to throw the foamies away yet. I haven't noticed any "high frequency" wind noise cancelation, rather just 75% noise reduction (assuming we call foamies 100%). Work well for conversations with bike next to you. Far more comfy than foamies but still know they there. I found for the long ride home (no stopping, no talking) I swapped back to foamies for that ultimate quiet ride.

These things provide more hearing protection than the quietest moto helmet I could find. And they're $40 rather than $950.
The insertion tool makes a big difference. I can rarely get other plugs to seat properly.. don't know if I have odd shaped ear canals. But with these it's right every time. Brilliant.
