Bought some replacement tips as I went through my old stash. Honestly I can't complain too much as they're really good at blocking out noise, I just notice that they do come out halfway through the night but usually I just push them back in and go back to sleep.

I bought the Titanium Earplugs because of post concussion syndrome. I need to where earplugs most of the day and have done so for many months. I tried several different kinds, but these are the most comfortable and allow me to still hear people softly. I use them for driving too. I can hear sirens, but they drown out the engine noise of the car. I can’t drive without them.

And you dont need the fancy handles

These tips are great, mould well in my ears, I didn’t realise I was getting a pack of 3 in the order so that was a nice surprise, great value for money.
