We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Product Care

It is important to clean the device to maintain its functionality. To maintain the performance of your QuietOns, ensure also that your ears are clean before using the earbuds since earwax may affect earbuds’ performance.
The body of the earbud can be cleaned with a dry cloth. Do not wash the device with water, solvents, toxic chemicals, detergents or any liquid as that may damage the device.
The foam tips are wiped with a soft damp cloth or dry tissue. Do not use solvents, chemicals or detergents or soak the foam tips with water as that may damage the foam tips or the earbud.
The interior of the charging case should be kept free from dust and debris. When cleaning the interior, use dry cotton sticks. When cleaning the exterior, use dry or damp cloth. Be careful with USB port. Be careful with charging contacts, do not bend those as the device will not charge if they are bent or damaged.

4. Rotate the device backwards for optimal orientation. Wait 15-30 sec for the foam to expand and create a seal.

NOTE: After the seal is achieved, ANC and passive noise cancelling start working together, and performance improves gradually. When you listen to wide bandwidth noise with QuietOn 3.1 in your ears for a while and then take them out simultaneously, you perceive the full performance and realize how effective QuietOn 3.1 is.
