I have spent heaps of money trying to find ear plugs that stay in my ear so I can swim without getting water in my very small ear canals. These are the only ones that have fitted! For some reason the "phlanged" shape structure works best for me. Highly recommended.

There's no water in my ears when I swim. That's what I wanted. That's what I got.

Good at keeping water out of the ears. Only "negatives" are that they obviously also keep sound out, and to keep the water out, I have to push them in a lot, creating a fair bit of pressure in the ear canal. This can feel uncomfortable for a while.
