WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $7.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

EP9 Sonic Defenders^®Cobalt Max earplugs utilize a soft, adjustable, triple-flanged stem to seal the ear canal and block out potentially harmful noises, providing an impressive Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 26dB. They’re a great choice for applications where a high level of protection against continual noise is desired and the ability to hear ambient sounds or conversations is not a priority.* Constructed of a proprietary metal-infused polymer that’s detectable by industrial scanners, EP9s are bright blue in color and feature permanently attached lanyards, making them ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical processing and similar industries. Their patented EarLock^® retention rings lock the earplugs in place, while soft, adjustable triple-flanged stems provide secure seals in the ear canals.

Sonic Defenders Cobalt Max are made from a soft but durable, hypoallergenic polymer and are ergonomically shaped, providing all-day comfort and an extended product life of up to 6+ months, depending on usage and care. Their low-profile design means EP9s can be worn while wearing a helmet, mask, or supplemental hearing muffs. Available in blue only.

EP9s are available in small (S), medium (M), and large (L), with mediums fitting most people. For best fit, click on the small Sizing Chart image at left. EP9 Sonic DefendersCobalt Max are sold as a single left/right set or in a box containing 25 sets. Each set is packaged in a convenient carry case and includes a permanently attached polymer lanyard.
