Delivery

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?  

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $7.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

SleepDeep earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 27 dB. Disturbing sounds will be muffled thanks to these earplugs, which makes falling asleep easier and prevents waking up easily. The innovative earplugs are made with specially designed thermoplastic material: AlpineThermoShape. Thanks to this material, the earplugs shape with your earcanal, fit perfectly and remain in place all night long. The AlpineThermoShape is hypoallergenic, does not contain silicons and therefore does not cause allergic reactions or annoying itches. Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

To ensure that the SleepDeep earplugs have the best fit, it is recommended to first pull your ear up slightly before inserting them. Then carefully place them in your ear canal and gently push them in until they are firmly in place. Make sure they sit evenly in your ears and do not stick out.

    Super effective!

    A very big step up from other types of earplugs. I can sleep soundly even though my roommate lives above me and listens to TV late at night. They are also comfortable - they feel fine in my ear and I can get to sleep on my back or on my side :) .

    Alpine sleepdeep

    Excellent.

    I’m a side sleeper 95% of the time and these do no irritate my ears while sleeping. They block out enough sounds to keep me asleep longer and are the comfiest I have used. They are a little tricky, for me anyways to get in at the start. And I found out using a little water on the ear plugs made them easier to get into the ear as they are quite grippy and pinching the lower part of the ear and pulling them down when putting in the ear plugs helped a lot. I would recommend these to any side sleeper

    Comfy Ears :)

    Used the for the first time in a hostel overlooking a busy street with a fan going, people banging about in the room above and other noises. The fit was really comfortable, easy to get in and remove. They did not fall out during the night (could be hard to find as clear and soft) and removed all the sudden noises that would normally wake a person. Also don't have the "heart beat" effect from the foam plugs. Considering purchasing a second set.

    Excellent Product

    This product does an excellent job at cutting out most nocturnal sounds to aid in getting a good night's sleep. While they don't cut out sharp sounds entirely they do reduce them and they certainly eliminate steady 'humming' sounds. After a while as perspiration takes effect on the soft plastic they become harder to remove and you should take care removing them by the handles if the plugs have formed a tight seal. Breaking this carefully will eliminate unwanted ringing in the ears.
