Delivery

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?  

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $7.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Product Care

Earpiece Cleaning:

  • Remove the earpiece from the unit.
  • Wipe it down with warm, soapy water or rubbing alcohol.
  • Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Clean after each use, especially if you have an ear infection.

Device Cleaning:

  • Remove the batteries from the unit.
  • Use a lightly dampened (not soaked) washcloth with mild soap or rubbing alcohol to clean the device's exterior.
  • Avoid strong detergents or industrial chemicals.
  • Ensure no moisture enters openings such as the battery compartment, earpiece hole, or air intake vent.
  • Wipe dry with a clean towel.

Storage

  • Store the EarDryer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Use the provided storage case or a clean, dry container to protect the device from dust and debris when not in use.
  • Ensure the device is turned off and batteries are removed if storing for an extended period.

Instructions

Fitting

  • Attach a clean, dry earpiece to the device.
  • Hold the EarDryer close to your ear canal opening; insertion into the ear is not necessary.
  • Ensure a comfortable position before initiating the drying cycle.

Operation
1. Power On: Press the On/Off button to start the drying cycle.
2. Drying Cycle: The device will emit warm, soothing air to evaporate moisture from the ear canal.
3. Cycle Duration: Each drying session lasts approximately one minute.
4. Power Off: The device will automatically shut off after the cycle completes.

Safety Note

  • The EarDryer is designed to safely remove moisture from the ear canal using controlled warm air.
  • Do not use the device if you have ear drainage, discharge, pain, irritation, rash, or if you've had ear surgery or injury without consulting a healthcare professional.
  • Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
  • If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
