WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $7.

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

How do Calmer work?

Calmer uses a tiny waveguide to reflect sound more accurately into your ears. This bypasses the irregular bends of your inner ear that would otherwise cause chaotic sound reflections and therefore resonate in your ear canal.

Why do I need Flare Calmer?

Calmer is the only product that reduces the impact of harsh everyday noises and triggering sounds without reducing volume. This helps you stay calm and focussed and daily life becomes more comfortable and less stressful.

What are Calmer made from?

Made from comfortable, flexible silicone which is reusable and easy to clean.

What's wrong with earplugs?

Surprisingly INCREDIBLE!!!!
I work in the operating rooms as a perioperative nurse. I also have ADHD & sensory processing sensitivity (SPS), meaning my work environment often leaves me feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated by long hours of noise pollution. At first I was quite sceptical, however, I wore these to work all week and found that I felt a significant difference in my mood post shift. Will definitely be buying another pair. Plus, they fit my ears perfectly!!!

Great!!!
I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and came across these in my tiktok feed. And thought I would give them a go. They definitely help, but while still being able to hear everything, as being a mum of two little boys I still need to hear everything but it makes all the annoying noises less annoying!

So Amazing For Sound Sensitive People!
I have had several pairs of Flare Audio and now have spares in a few places. Literally cannot do without them. The Flare Calmer Soft are very slightly softer than the original. Super comfortable, but I don't notice ear plugs anyway after about half an hour. I manage to fit these and the Pro version both in the little aluminium capsule I bought extra. For anyone with ADHD, ASD, or just sensitive to sound I thoroughly recommend these. You won't notice much difference at first but persevere wearing them and you won't want to live without them!
