WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?  

We ship daily Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post. Delivery to rural locations may occasionally take longer.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 2.00pm Mon-Fri we will dispatch that day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on orders valued $90 or more are free! Shipping on orders valued under $90 is $8.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders ship from Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier Post.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.co.nz. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

SleepDeep earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 27 dB. Disturbing sounds will be muffled thanks to these earplugs, which makes falling asleep easier and prevents waking up easily. The innovative earplugs are made with specially designed thermoplastic material: AlpineThermoShape. Thanks to this material, the earplugs shape with your earcanal, fit perfectly and remain in place all night long. The AlpineThermoShape is hypoallergenic, does not contain silicons and therefore does not cause allergic reactions or annoying itches. In addition, SleepDeep contains Alpine Noise reduction gel that provides maximum attenuation.

Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

To ensure that the SleepDeep earplugs have the best fit, it is recommended to first pull your ear up slightly before inserting them. Then carefully place them in your ear canal and gently push them in until they are firmly in place. Make sure they sit evenly in your ears and do not stick out.

    Truly brilliant!

    I have used silicone earplugs for years. As a very light sleeper, they're the only earplugs I've found that actually block enough noise to allow me to sleep, until now.

    I tried the Alpine's last night for the first time, they are fantastic! Comfortable for a side sleeper, a great fit, and they work! Game changer! Thanks so much Alpine :-)

    Amazing!

    I was tired of my ol' foam earplugs hurting my ears and falling out during the night but was hesitant to try new earplugs because I'm such a light sleeper (as in, I could wake at the drop of a pin) and naturally didn't want to risk being disappointed.

    After a few weeks of use, I can now say with confidence that I am an Alpine earplugs convert. I absolutely love these and intend to buy a second pair for travelling / as a backup. They are WAY easier than foam earplugs to insert. They are incredibly comfortable (undectable) even when side sleeping. They *don't* fall out overnight, in fact they were so solidly intact and I struggled to get them out on the first morning because they were so tightly sealed - I've since learned that a gentle twist is the way to go. Too easy.

    Peace and quiet while sleeping

    These are a god send. Wife is a terrible snorer. Honestly get more sleep on a train platform.

    Sleep early job are perfect and the soft rubber or silicone makes it easier as I’m a side sleeper.

    Tried all the form ear plugs but nothing stayed in my ears overnight or just wouldn’t fit properly. Highly recommended purchase
