Ear Band-It®
The original swimmer's headband, designed to hold ear plugs or ear molds in place while engaging in water activities. Extra durable 3 mil neoprene with adustable Velcro® type closure. Ear Band-It®'s unique design offers ultimate comfort and protection for the ears.
In addition to your Ear Band-It® headband, consider purchasing a set of Putty Buddies® ear plugs for the best protection.
Please refer to the size chart to select the appropriate size. Note that the headband may be slightly tight when first putting it on. If so, grab each end and pull firmly several times to stretch out the neoprene.

Initially, Ear-Band-It® was marketed to children with ear tubes, enabling them to swim. This has since been expanded to include water enthusiasts of all ages who are prone to swimmer's ear, have ear drum perforations or simply do not like to get water in their ears.
Recent studies have shown that swimmer's ear (otitis externa) affects 1 in every 250 people, while more than 700,000 people have tubes placed in their ears annually in the US alone. Prior to the Ear Band-It®, the only option for these affected individuals was the bathing cap. These "caps" are not only unsightly and uncomfortable, they are often times ineffective in protecting the ears. It works! I was dubious for a start because the ear plugs themselves never sealed under a swimming cap only. Was recovering from ear infection and as I love swimming was hoping for a decent fix to the ‘no water in ear’ rule. I bought another two bandits as the adult size ended up being too big (have mended it with sewing machine to make it tighter). Using it daily in NZ summer at beach, & ocean swimming (takes the knocks of waves) etc.
