Used on outdoor and indoor ranges. Just a matter of putting Ear muff on at the start of range work and removing them at the finish. Simple as that. Never caught unawares. Have used them on Army and Police ranges. Never a problem. Have been a Senior instructor for many years. Went from cotton wool, ear plugs , to cheap ear muffs and now I have something that really works. Thank you.
