WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

*DUE TO THE GLOBAL COVID19 HEALTH SITUATION AUSTRALIA/NZ POST ARE EXPERIENCING MODERATE DELAYS TO THE ESTIMATES BELOW.

Officially standard delivery takes between 3 and 10 business days, though in practice most of our orders arrive in about 4-5 days. Express delivery takes 2-4 business days*.

Postage to other international locations generally takes 15+ days. Australian orders should be made from our Australian store.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship daily Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you order before 4.30pm NZST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 4.30pm NZST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping on orders valued $70 or more are free! Shipping costs on orders valued under $70 depend on shipping method selected at checkout.
