As of March 2024, orders are sent with next-day delivery via NZ Post Courier Post.

Orders to Australia orders can be made from our Australian store.

Other international orders take up to 15 days depending on location.

We ship Monday to Thursday from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

Excellent product
Mack's make an excellent product. I have severe tinnitus and they are a lifesaver because they protect my ears from unwanted noise. They last well and stay where they are put. Only downsides...they don't last that long and they are relatively expensive. The old adage works here...you get what you pay for!
